At this time, Buy the Case ships merchandise ONLY to locations within the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery is free within Metropolitan Toronto and Vicinity on all orders of $130.00 or more, there will be a $18.00 delivery fee on orders of less than $130.00 within Metropolitan Toronto and Vicinity. All orders received from outside of the GTA cannot be accepted without prior arrangement. Any deliveries outside of the GTA will be charged a delivery fee according to distance from our Warehouse Facility using either Canada Post, an independent Courier Service or our own delivery trucks. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you once the merchandise has been delivered as per instructions to the address stated on the order. Please note that there maybe occasions when we will have to substitute a product with a similar product only when absolutely necessary.
